  • Roman white pizza
  • Salame di Varzi PDO
  • Crescenza cheese
  • Pumpkin
  • Raisins
  • Pine nuts

Preparation

  1. Heat a non-stick frying pan with some olive oil and a clove of garlic.
  2. Cut the pumpkin into very thin slices and cook them in the pan. Add the raisins and the pine nuts. Season with salt, pepper and thyme leaves.
  3. Cut the pizza in two slices and heat them on a griddle. Slice the Salame di Varzi PDO.
  4. Start assembling your sandwich by spreading the cheese on one slice of pizza, then lay the pumpkin with the raisins and the pine nuts. Finish with the slices of Salame di Varzi PDO and top with the other half of the pizza.
