  • Soft wheat and buckwheat sandwich bread
  • Bresaola della Valtellina PGI
  • Goat’s cheese
  • Evo oil
  • Artichoke cream
  • Untreated lemon

Preparation

Cut two slices of bread. Spread the fresh goat’s cheese onto one of the slices for a creamy base. Add the Bresaola della Valtellina PGI seasoned with a drizzle of evo oil. Spread the artichoke cream onto the second slice of bread. Garnish by grating a little lemon zest onto the Bresaola della Valtellina PGI. Close the sandwich.
