Pizza dough
Goat’s cheese
Parmigiano Reggiano PDO
Basil
Tomato purée
E.v.o. oil
Preparation
Roll out the dough and top with Tomato purée and the goat’s cheese.
Bake the pizza in the oven.
Once baked remove from the oven and add the slices of Bresaola della Valtellina PGI and shards of Parmigiano Reggiano PDO.
