Pizza dough
Date tomatoes
San Marzano Tomato PDO
Buffalo mozzarella
Basil
E.v.o. oil
Preparation
Roll out the dough, top with the date tomatoes and San Marzano Tomato PDO.
Bake the pizza in the oven.
Once cooked remove from the oven and add the buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil and slices of Prosciutto di San Daniele PDO.
